Coucou à tous les trailers ce week-end

pour notre préparation marathon Beaujolais  j’ai poste dans marche nordique !

dimanche  rendez-vous à 8H00 parking du marché LAMURE

direction  LES ARDILLATS  pour un parcours  de 24kms sur la marche des chataignes !

bonne courses à ceux qui sont sur le trail des Grisemottes à QUINCIE

et bon courage à Dan qui doit être à LA REUNION  pour en prendre plein les yeux …….et les jambes …👍

BONSOIR. COMME IL N’Y A PAS DE CANDIDATS POUR LA MARCHE NORDIQUE AUX ARDILLATS, JE VAIS FAIRE LE CIRCUIT 24 KM EN MODE PRÉPARATION AU MARATHON AVEC PAT ET PATRICE. BONNE JOURNÉE POUR LA NORDIC WALK IN’LYON. À DEMAIN PAT ET PATRICE, 8H30 AUX ARDILLATS.
